The PL-02P 48V Sealed Poultry Disc Light System is a low-voltage poultry lighting solution concept developed for professional poultry house applications.
Unlike retrofit bulb-based solutions, the PL-02P is designed as a dedicated 48V lighting system, making it suitable for poultry projects where centralized power supply and purpose-built installation are preferred, with centralized dimming available as a project specification.
The product is primarily positioned for broiler houses, pullet houses, and brooding applications, especially in new construction and renovation projects requiring uniform top lighting.
The current product concept targets an approximately 8W power level and 900–1,000 lm luminous flux, with a warm-white spectrum around 3000K and a target CRI of ≥80.
The sealed disc-shaped housing is designed with poultry-house environmental conditions in mind. An IP67 protection target is proposed for the product concept, subject to final engineering validation and testing.
